Blade

Traditional carbon steel Puukko blade

The blade is manufactured by Laurin Metalli Oy in Finland. The carbon steel blade of the knife is hardened to a 59HRC level, allowing the knife to maintain its sharpness for a long time without, for example, chipping or breaking. Both the saber grind and the traditional scandi grind of the blade ensure excellent cutting performance in all conditions.

Outstanding wear resistance

The PTFE Teflon-coated blade offers an extremely carefree use, as dirt does not easily stick to it and it is also easy to clean. The coating provides effective protection against corrosion and withstands all types of wear. The PTFE Teflon coating has low friction, making it the best cutting performance option among coating choices. In addition, the Teflon coating is certified for food use.

Laser engraving terms

The return right of custom laser engraved items is limited. A laser engraved item can be returned only due to a clear manufacturing defect. The return must be preapproved by our customer service. Laser engraving does not void product warranty.
Laser marking can damage the blade coating. Carbon steel blades should be oiled regularly to prevent the corrosion of the engraved area.
Laser marking will be done on the left side of the knife's blade. You can leave an engraving placement suggestion in the "Additional information" field of the order form.
Our staff will determine the size and the color of the laser engraving to achieve the best possible result.
Typing errors are the customer's responsibility. We will engrave your input exactly.
